Dogwood is owned and managed by Doug and Jean Peterson. Son Elliot Peterson is the third Peterson generation to build and prefabricate.

Dogwood’s roots trace back to 1948, when Doug’s father, E.G. Peterson, founded Olympic Prefabricators and began building prefabricated structures for shipment to Alaska. Dogwood’s expertise has been woven from a long history of diverse projects on Alaska’s North Slope and in the Aleutian Islands, in Eastern Russia, in the Western United States, and around the Puget Sound area. Our customers include oil companies, fisheries, airlines, hotels, the military, the Forest Service, and a variety of service and industrial companies. Each project has contributed to the knowledge base that allows us to confidently approach a wide spectrum of present day opportunities.

Dogwood likes a challenge. We thrive on projects that require a particular combination of technical expertise, logistical planning, and demanding schedule. Dogwood fabricates in our factory in Sedro-Woolley, Washington and constructs on site as required by the project scope. Our administrative and sales office is located in Bothell, Washington. We employ talented individuals who exhibit the capability, character and work ethic that will allow us to focus on our customers’ complete satisfaction.
